About
I started this blog not with all the answers, but as a learner shaped by experience, curiosity, and a deep conviction that business integrity and success need not be mutually exclusive – for entrepreneurs or anyone else.
This blog continues the journey I started on Medium several years ago.
When I wrote my first article on Medium in 2022 about business fraud, it wasn’t an academic exercise or a headline-chasing piece. It came from a raw personal experience – one that made me realize that unethical behavior and deception are not just about corporate scandals. They are realities faced by individual entrepreneurs and small business owners every day, often by the people they trust the most. Yet these stories do not make the news often. Why? Because for the media it isn’t flashy to write about.
Through this blog, I am on a mission to surface the stories of other entrepreneurs or individuals that might otherwise never be told – because so often shame and fear prevents them from sharing their stories. Every story has its own version of betrayal, misrepresentation, or broken trust. Their experiences may not appear in the financial press or public reports, yet they are rich with lessons of strong character, the courage to seek accountability, and the resilience to learn through adversity.
Arjava Drishti exists because I refuse to accept the notion that success in business must be built on dishonesty, manipulation, or harm. I refuse the belief that ambition and character are mutually exclusive. I believe that clarity of vision and steadfast integrity are the only pillars of meaningful and lasting success.
In the Stoic tradition, we are reminded that we cannot control others’ actions – only our own judgments and responses. Let us observe what we cannot control. Let us act with integrity what we can control. Through this practice, with intent and presence, we can build strength that no fraud or deceit can rattle.
Here I share:
- My own reflections from lived experience – not a polished theory.
- Stories from other entrepreneurs who have walked through their own storms – not selected success narratives.
- Lessons we can carry forward – not to warn with fear, but to prepare with clarity.
This journey is not about pointing fingers. It’s about training ourselves to see clearly, to discern patterns, and to act with unwavering integrity – not just when it’s easy, but especially when it is hard.
I write as a student – to learn and to share. And in that process, I hope others can take away something useful for their own lives. If it helps even a little, we grow wiser together – and maybe encourage more of us to walk, and stay, on the path of Arjava.
